What happens if customer wants to cancel Amazon Prime membership under JioFiber Amazon Prime Offer?
One year of Amazon Prime membership is included in customer’s JioFiber plan at no additional cost to the customer. In case customer wishes to cancel his/her subscription within 1 year, he will lose the benefits associated with Amazon Prime membership. To cancel Amazon Prime subscription within one year, customer is required to call us on 1800-896-9999.
