JioFiber FAQ

Customer has recharged with eligible JioFiber plan, but the banner for activation of Amazon Prime is not getting displayed on MyJio app, what should the customer do?
Please check whether customer has latest version of MyJio App, if not, update the App. If the customer has the latest App & banner is still not visible, he/she should reach out to Jio customer support at 1800-896-9999.
