How do I enroll into Jio Smart School Program?

Visit the jio.com/business website, select the preferred pack, complete the enrollment formalities and make the enrollment payment. Jio will then initiate onboarding.

How much does my school need to pay to enroll?

A one-time enrollment fee is payable upfront during enrollment. For 1 year: ₹99,000 + you get enrollment credits worth ₹50,000 For 3 years: ₹2,49,000 + you get enrollment credits worth ₹1,25,000 Implementation charges are additional at ₹25,000.

Will Jio provide training during implementation?

Yes. Jio will support onboarding and initial training for the school during implementation. The school will also have access to training videos and content.

Is Jio Embibe free for teachers?

Yes. Teachers receive 30 days of free access immediately after registration. To continue using Jio Embibe free of cost after 30 days, the school admin/coordinator must approve the teacher's request on the Jio Embibe portal. Once approved, teachers receive free access for 1 year from the date of activation.

Who is eligible for this free offer?

All teachers associated with a school are eligible, subject to approval by the school administrator/coordinator.

Can I use Jio Embibe resources for classroom teaching?

Yes. Teachers can use videos, 3D models, simulations and other Jio Embibe learning resources for classroom teaching as well as for lesson preparation.

My classroom doesn’t have any screen. Do I need a smart classroom or TV screen? / Does the school need additional hardware?

Yes. You can log in to your account from multiple supported devices using your registered credentials and access Jio Embibe.

Can I create question papers using Jio Embibe?

No. This teacher offer does not include question paper creation. However, teachers can use the Practice and Test modules for self-learning and familiarization with available questions.

Is the content available in regional languages?

Yes. Content is available in 12 languages, depending on the board and subject.

Ideally, onboarding takes 1-2 hours. But this varies based on availability of right data for upload into the platform. Jio’s implementation specialist works closely with you to ensure a smooth onboarding, data migration, and user training process.

How can my school get started?

Enroll your school in the Jio Smart School Program. Once enrolled: Login credentials will be shared. A Jio implementation specialist will schedule an onboarding session. Your school’s data will be configured and migrated (where applicable). Staff and teachers will receive training. The school can begin using DigiiShala.

What are the enrollment credits?

Enrollment credits are Jio ecosystem credits issued upon enrollment. They can be redeemed against eligible future Jio purchases, subject to the applicable terms.

Which products can I redeem the credits against?
