The offer has a 90-day credit validity starting from your account activation date. Unused credits lapse at the end of 90 days and cannot be carried forward.

How does the enterprise claim GST input tax credit?

If you already have Jio ILL ≥50 Mbps: You're eligible immediately! No new connection needed. Head to your SelfCare portal and register interest.. If you don't have a Jio ILL or have You can either upgrade your existing connection to ≥50 Mbps or purchase new Jio ILL ≥50 Mbps. You become eligible for the ₹50,000 cloud credits post that.

Can a startup/new company apply?

Yes, this offer is accessible to all SMBs including startups and new companies, as long as you are using or buying a Jio ILL ≥50 Mbps. Government and Enterprise customers are excluded from the scope of this offer.

Can existing JioCloud users avail this offer?

No. This offer is exclusively for new JioCloud customers. If you've previously used JioCloud (i.e. Microsoft Azure through Jio regions), you're not eligible. If you are using Microsoft Azure outside of Jio regions or any other providers, you are eligible for 50,000 free credits.

Can I migrate from other cloud providers?

Yes. Our migration team can assist in migration from other providers seamlessly. Free migration for in-scope resources, expert-assisted, zero downtime where possible. For out-of-scope resources, Jio will provide migration support at paid basis (~10% of Cloud annual consumption).

Can I upgrade my Jio ILL speed after getting cloud credits?

Where is my data stored?

Your data is securely hosted in Jio's primary data center at Jamnagar. All subscriptions are created and managed within Jio's infrastructure, and your data remains stored in India.

What compliance certifications does Jio Azure have?

Jio Azure is hosted on Jio's secure, India-based data centres that meet stringent security and compliance requirements. Our facilities are MeitY-empanelled and certified to globally recognized standards, including ISO 27001:2022 (Information Security), ISO 20000-1:2018 (IT Service Management), ISO 27017:2015 (Cloud Security), and ISO 27018:2019 (Protection of Personal Data in the Cloud). This helps businesses meet their security, privacy, and regulatory requirements with confidence.

How do I track my credit usage?

You can easily track your cloud credit usage through multiple channels: JioCloud Self Care portal provides a daily view of your unbilled usage at list prices, helping you monitor consumption and avoid surprises. You can also track your usage directly in Azure Cost Management (ACM) within the Azure Portal, where you can view detailed consumption insights, usage trends, and cost breakdowns. This gives you complete visibility into your cloud usage and spending throughout your subscription period.

Can I set spending limits?

Yes. You can set budgets and spending thresholds using Azure Cost Management (ACM) in the Azure Portal. You can define budget limits, track your usage against those budgets, and configure alerts to help you stay informed and manage your cloud spending proactively.

Will I get separate bills for ILL and JioCloud?

Yes, you will receive different bills for ILL and Cloud.

What if my business needs change during the 90 days?

Can I get the credits extended if I run out?

No. Extension of credits is not possible beyond 90 days of subscription creation. Customer will be charged as per consumption slab post expiry of credits.

Is there a minimum spend requirement?

No. You can use as much or as little of the ₹50,000 as per your need.

What happens to my Cloud credits if my ILL order is cancelled before installation?

If you initiate the ILL order cancellation, your JioCloud account will be suspended. You can only resume using Cloud after paying for the ₹50K credits used.
