- This plan (“Plan”) should be read together with the terms and conditions of (i) the enterprise customer application form executed by you; (ii) term and conditions of the unified license as granted to Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (“RJIL”) by Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, directions and instructions of government authorities and (iii) applicable laws.
- The terms and conditions contained herein shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms and conditions applicable to the fiber equipment and platform services as availed by you.
- National Voice is truly free, no charge towards voice or the data used to make voice calls.
- The tariffs are exclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST), unless mentioned otherwise.
- RJIL reserves the right to discontinue the free Voice and Unlimited data benefits offered as part of the Plan in case of misuse/ fraudulent use/ unauthorised use. The data speed for Unlimited data shall be regulated per applicable fair usage policy of RJIL (“FUP”). Unutilized free benefits will be forfeited at the end of validity.
- The data used by you for digital software and/or services included in the Plan, including video calls and browsing of other content available on internet using the fiber equipment, would be uniformly debited against Plan data allocation in terms of the Plan.
- The Voice service can only be availed with the fiber equipment and platform services that you contract for and install at your premises.
- The MRP of the Plan has components for plan activation on fiber equipment and platform services. Please check the invoice/ receipt for details.
- You may, at your option, subscribe for various add-on services which are eligible and available to be subscribed as add-on services, as decided by us and/or our Affiliates, on the basis of products and services in Plans subscribed.
- Any digital software and/or services contemplated under the Plan and not being made available through the fiber equipment (“Digital Services”) are subject to such terms and conditions as stipulated by the provider(s) of such software and/or services (each a “Service Provider”). The Digital Services shall commence from the date of activation of the plan and will be available for use in terms of the Plan, only when the Plan is valid and active. The Service Provider shall be entitled to raise separate invoices for charges applicable to its Digital Services as forming part of the Plan, either directly or through such authorised representative or distributor as the Service Provider may deem fit from time to time. For avoidance of doubt, if you intend to avail any Digital Services outside of the Plan or beyond the validity period of the Plan, then you will be required to enter into separate contract with the relevant provider of such Digital Services on mutually agreed commercial term.
- Upon termination of the Plan, you may, at your option, continue subscription of various software and/or services hitherto covered under the Plan which are eligible and available to be subscribed separately, as decided by us or our Affiliates, at additional charges and subject to terms and conditions as stipulated by the provider(s) of such software and/or service.
- The Plan is activated subject to installation and commissioning of fiber equipment and payment of installation charges, security deposit & advance towards monthly rental.
