How to request a Jio eSIM?
Switching your Jio mobile number from a physical SIM to a Jio eSIM, or transferring your eSIM to a new eSIM device, is simple and convenient.
An eSIM is a digital SIM card embedded within your smartphone, smartwatch, or tablet, eliminating the need to handle a tiny plastic SIM. It not only reduces plastic waste but also saves you the hassle of inserting or replacing a physical SIM card. To upgrade to Jio eSIM or transfer your eSIM, simply open the MyJio app, search for 'Switch to eSIM' and select the option 'Switch to eSIM'. With that, you can place your Jio eSIM request online following just these 3 simple steps.
1. Verify your Email ID
2. Enter your EID
3. Lastly, verify it’s you
