Jio Platforms' digital connectivity forms the fundamental pillar of India's growing digital economy, which is expected to reach $1.4 trillion by Fiscal 2031. Our Subsidiary, Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited ("RJIL"), served 524.4 million customers in India as of March 31, 2026.
A combination of mobile, fixed broadband and digital services across a unified platform, together with data and customer personalisation, positions us as a comprehensive digital gateway through which a significant proportion of Indian customers are able to access the internet, digital services and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI).

Our platform is built on core pillars of proprietary technology and phygital distribution capabilities. We have vertically integrated technology capabilities across network, device engineering, software and operating systems, and digital applications. The combination of phygital presence and technology stack allows us to unify data from various customer touchpoints and deliver products and solutions on a personalised basis. By leveraging this proprietary technology stack, we are transitioning into an AI-native digital services company endeavouring to deliver connected intelligence and agentic AI services at scale to consumers and businesses.

Since the launch of Jio in 2016, we have followed a deliberate strategy of offering a wide suite of digital services with digital connectivity as an enabler of seamless access.
As of March 31, 2026, we were the largest digital connectivity player with 268.5 million 5G customers. With 27.1 million subscribers across JioFiber and JioAirFiber, we are also the largest fixed broadband service provider in India as of 31st March, 2026.
