Choose the Right Wi-Fi Frequency (2.4GHz/5GHz)

Set Wi-Fi Frequency
  • To enjoy better internet speeds, make sure you latch on to the right Wi-Fi band.
  • The 5 GHz band gives you faster speed but has a lesser range. Select this band if your device is closer to the Wi-Fi Router.
  • The 2.4 GHz Band provides better coverage compared to 5 GHz, although the speed may not be as high. Choose this if your device is further away from the router.

  • Also, make sure you keep Different Wi-Fi ID Names for the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.
