How to activate my ‘JioFiber Voice Calling Service’ through Jio.com?
Incoming calls are free under ‘Unlimited International Roaming Pack’ on prepaid as well as post-paid connections. On other packs like Global ₹1201/1202, International Roaming ₹1101/1102, or International Roaming PayGo rates as per details provided below:
Unlimited International Roaming Pack:
- Unlimited incoming calls are free when you are roaming on the pack-preferred network in the pack-covered country.

- The pack benefits are applicable while travelling to the country covered in the pack benefit and on the pack partner network
- specified for the respective country.

- The partner name for the respective pack country for Unlimited International Roaming Pack is specified below.

To activate ‘JioFiber Voice Calling Service’ through Jio.com use the below steps:
- Log in to www.jio.com
- Tap on ‘Quick Pay’ and select ‘Recharge’ in the top right corner
- Tap on JioFiber and enter your Registered Mobile Number or Service ID
- Select the plan under Fiber Plans and tap on ‘Buy
- On seeing a prompt intimating you about activation of voice service, tap on ‘Proceed’
- Enter the OTP received on your Registered Mobile Number
- Select the checkbox to accept the Terms & Conditions and tap on ‘Proceed’
- You will receive a confirmation with your Fixed Line Number mentioned on the Confirmation screen

For non-Unlimited International Roaming packs on prepaid and postpaid connections:Yes, you will be charged for the incoming calls while you’re on international roaming as per the applicable rates for the country visited. The incoming rates start at ₹2 per min and vary as per the country visited. Please refer to www.jio.com for country-specific charges for ‘Incoming Calls’ on International Roaming.
