How can I check my JioFiber usage?
You can check your Broadband usage easily through the MyJio app or Jio.com portal

Using the MyJio app:
  • Go to MyJio app
  • Log in with your JioFiber Service ID/Registered Mobile Number and proceed with OTP verification
  • Once verified, click on the ‘Check Usage’ tab to check your recent broadband usage
  • Note: You can generate a 'Usage Statement' for details up to the last 6 months

Using www.jio.com
  • Login to your Jio.com account using your Jio number or Email ID
  • On Home screen click ""Check Usage"" tab under ""Balance"" section
  • Date and Time wise usage will be displayed on the next screen
