Jio Apps FAQ
Install latest version of MyJio App from AppStore/PlayStore and login/link your registered JioMoney number on MyJio telecom tab. After successful login/linking of your mobile number, you will see the finance tab only if you were already a JioMoney registered user.
Click on Finance tab and select the SIM associated with JioMoney wallet and initiate device binding. Once device binding is successful you will be able to see your wallet details.
You can also link/login using a Non Jio Number on MyJio to view the finance tab.
In case device binding is unsuccessful-
1.Ensure that device is under proper network coverage
2.Ensure that there is sufficient balance available on your number to trigger SMS
