Why are some of my records locked in my JioHealthHub app?
To ensure confidentiality of your medical records, some records are only available for access only after verification of your identity. You can use the Patient ID (for reports belonging to a family member) given by the provider or your date of birth (for your own reports) to unlock those records. Once you click on ‘unlock records’, you will be asked for one of these two details.
