Definitions

• Get Redeemable coupon code worth ₹ 250/- on your My Jio App account on minimum recharge of ₹ 239/- or more at My Jio Store & Reliance Digital stores in India during Offer Period (“Offer”).
• This Offer is sponsored by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”).
• Offer is valid for recharges made from 17/8/2022 onwards until revoked or withdrawn by Reliance (“Offer Period”) and redemption is valid from 1st Sept 2022 onwards till validity period of the respective redeemable Coupons (“Redemption Period”).
• Upon minimum recharge of ₹ 239/- or more at any of the My Jio Stores and Reliance Digital stores of Reliance in India during Offer Period, Customer will receive an unique coupon code worth ₹ 250/- (“Code”) within 96 hours of their recharge confirmation, in his/her My Jio App account which can be used against purchase of Select Products at either My Jio Stores or Reliance Digital stores only. This Offer is not valid at any other retail format outlets/stores of Reliance.
• Redemption of Code is valid against a purchase value of ₹ 10,000/ or more - and Select Products of select brands and models only.
• “Select Products” means products of select brands and select models comprising (a) wireless phone models (Excluding Apple and MI) of (Reliance Retail Price (RRP) >₹ 10,000, (b) Telecom Accessories of RRP >₹ 5,000 and (c) High End Televisions and Web-sales RRP>20,000 and select models only).
• Code Discount is valid on Reliance Retail Price (RRP) of the Select Products. Use Code during its validity and/or Redemption Period to get discount up to ₹250/- per Code.
• Customer has to apply correct Code at the time of purchasing any of the applicable Select Products to avail the discount /Offer. Present the Code before billing.
• Each Code is valid for a period of three months from the date of issue and can be redeemed during Redemption Period by My Jio App account holder customers. Example - Code issued in Aug ’22 can be redeemed from Sept 01, 2022 to Nov 30, 2022.
• Multiple Codes can be accumulated for redemption. However customer can redeem upto a maximum of 3 Codes worth ₹750/- at once against purchase of Select Products in a single bill/invoice value of ₹.10000/- or more Products.
• Only one Code per month can be accumulated for redemption. If the customer recharges multiple recharges in a month and gets Multiple coupon Codes then only One coupon Code out of the multiple coupon Codes generated/accumulated from the respective month can be clubbed together with coupon Code accumulated in other months to avail the discount by redemption on a single invoice.
• The Code can be used once per Customer. No partial redemption of Code is allowed.
• Maximum discount under each Code is capped to ₹ 250/- only. The balance amount, after availing the discount, will have to be paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
• In any case, whatsoever, the discount amount under a Code is neither encash-able nor transferable.
• In case you return the purchased product or cancel the purchased transaction (in part or full) the entire discount amount availed through redemption of Code for the said transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other cashback or discount offers prevailing at the time of redemption at My Jio stores & Reliance Digital stores.
• Reliance shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
• Reliance reserves its right to change or withdraw the Offer, anytime at its sole discretion.
• The terms & conditions of this Offer are subject to change without any prior notice.
• In no event the entire liability of Reliance under this Offer shall exceed the promotional discount amount of ₹250/- against each Code.
