Reliance Digital Stores Offer

  • Get Redeemable coupon code worth ₹ 150/- on your My Jio App account on minimum recharge of Rs.149 and above My Jio Store & Reliance Digital in India during Offer Period (“Offer”)
  • This Offer is sponsored by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”).
  • Offer is valid for recharge on or after  02/07/2021. (“Offer Period”) and redemption from 1st August’21 till 31st January2022. (“Redemption Period”)
  • Upon minimum recharge of ₹ 149/- or more at any of the My Jio Stores and Reliance Digital stores of Reliance in India during Offer Period, Customer will receive an unique coupon code worth ₹ 150/- (“Code”) within 96 hours of their recharge confirmation, in his/her My Jio App account which can be used against purchase of Select Products at either My Jio Stores or Reliance Digital stores only. This Offer is not valid at any other retail format outlets/stores of Reliance.
  • Redemption of Code is valid against minimum purchase value of ₹ 10,000/- and Select Products of select brands and models only
  • “Select Products” means products of select brands and select models comprising (a) wireless phone models of (Reliance Retail Price (RRP) >₹ 6,000, Power Banks & Wearables of RRP >₹ 1,499 and High End Televisions of selected brands and select models only.)
  • Code Discount is valid on Reliance Retail Price (RRP) of the Select Products. Use Code during its validity and/or Redemption Period to get discount up to ₹150/- per Code.
  • Customer has to apply correct Code at the time of purchasing any of the applicable Select Products to avail the discount /Offer. Present the Code before billing.
  • Code can be redeemed during Redemption Period by My Jio App account holder customers as per the schedule below;
    1. Code issued in July’21 can be redeemed from August 01, 2021 to January 31, 2022
    2. Code issued in August’21 Can be redeemed from September 01, 2021 to January 31, 2022
    3. Code issued in September’21 can be redeemed from October 01, 2021 to January 31, 2022
    4. Code issued in October’21 can be redeemed from November 01, 2021 to January 31, 2022
    5. Code issued in November’21 can be redeemed from December 01, 2021 to January 31, 2022
    6. Code issued in December ’21 can be redeemed from January 01, 2022 to January 31, 2022
  • Multiple Codes (to a maximum of six Codes worth ₹900/-) can be accumulated for redemption against purchase of Select Products in a single bill/invoice value of ₹.10000/- or more Products
  • Only one Code per month can be accumulated for redemption. If the customer recharges multiple recharges in a month and gets Multiple coupon Codes then only One coupon Code out of the multiple coupon Codes generated/accumulated from the respective month can be clubbed together with coupon Code accumulated in other months to avail the discount by redemption on a single invoice.
  • The Code can be used once per Customer. No partial redemption of Code is allowed.
  • Maximum discount under each Code is capped to ₹ 150/- only. The balance amount, after availing the discount, will have to be paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
  • In any case, whatsoever, the discount amount under a Code is neither encashable nor transferable
  • In case you return the purchased product or cancel the purchased transaction (in part or full) the entire discount amount availed through redemption of Code for the said transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other cashback or discount offers prevailing at the time of redemption at My Jio stores & Reliance Digital stores
  • Reliance shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
  • Reliance reserves its right to change or withdraw the Offer, anytime at its sole discretion
  • The terms & conditions of this Offer are subject to change without any prior notice.
  • In no event the entire liability of Reliance under this Offer shall exceed the promotional discount amount of ₹150/- against each Code.
  • Prevailing terms and conditions, rules and regulations of My Jio stores & Reliance Digital Stores shall apply
  • Reliance shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages to a Customer arising out of or in connection with the Offer
  • Participation and/or availing discount under the Offer is voluntary and by doing so Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and waive its right to claim any ambiguity.
  • Decision of Reliance in respect of Offer shall be final and binding on the Customers and no correspondence by Participant/Customer shall be entertained in this regard.
  • The laws prevailing in India shall be applicable. All disputes arising out of or in connection to this Offer are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only
