1. Eligibility- The Customer is eligible for availing this offer who shall
(a) purchase the nominated LYF handsets on or after 23rd December 2016 and
(b) Sign up for or sign in to their JioMoney Account using the purchased LYF handset within 31st March 2017.
2. The customer can avail this offer only once on designated LYF handset during the Offer Period. If the customer sells, gifts or transfers in any manner the designated LYF handset then the new owner shall not be entitled for this Offer.
3. This Offer cannot be clubbed or bundled with any other past, present or future offer, scheme, etc.
4. On sign up or sign in of the JioMoney application, Customer’s JioMoney account will be credited by a sum of Rs. 500/- within three (3) working days from the time of the sign up/sign in. However in unavoidable circumstances the credit to JioMoney Account may get delayed.
5. The amount of Cashback credited to the Customer’s JioMoney account shall be subject to applicable taxes. 6. In the event of multiple individuals are using the JioMoney app on single designated LYF Handsets, then Customer whose IMEI data is appearing at 12 midnight on first usage date of the JioMoney app will receive the cashback.
7. This Offer is governed by the Laws of India and Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Reliance reserves its rights to discontinue or extend the offer period and add/ delete/ modify any or all the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without giving any notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
9. Participation and purchase of merchandise under this offer is voluntary and at sole discretion of the member/customer. Members/Customers are requested to accustom, satisfy and agree to these terms and conditions of the offer before participating or making any purchase under this offer. Liability of Reliance is limited to the extent of cash earned by the customer/member under this offer in the JioMoney wallet. Reliance Payment Solutions Limited will not be responsible for any dispute arising out of and related to this cashback offer.
