TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The eligible subscribers can get redeemable discount coupon code, that can be used to get a discount of Rs 150 on Reliance Retail Price (RRP) on select Wearable Devices.
• The coupon will be credited to eligible subscriber’s MyJio app account on performing a recharge of Rs.239 Or more at My Jio Stores in India during offer Period (“Offer”).
• This Offer is sponsored by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”).
• (“Offer Period”)-Offer is valid for recharges made from 21st April 2023 till 30th April 2023 unless withdrawn earlier by Reliance and redemption is valid from 21st April 2023 till 1st Jun 2023 (“Redemption Period”).
• Upon Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited recharge of ? 239/- or more, performed at any of the My Jio Stores of Reliance in India during Offer Period, Customer will receive an unique coupon code (“Code”) of Rs 150 which can be redeemed on RRP of Select Wearable articles.
• The Code will be credited within 96 hours of recharge confirmation, in customer’s My Jio App account which can be used against purchase of Select Wearable Device(Smart Watches) at My Jio Stores only. This Offer is not valid at any other retail format outlets/stores of Reliance.
• Redemption of Code is valid against a purchase of Select Products of select brands and models only.
• “Select Products” means products of select brands and select models comprising (a) wearable models (Noise & Firebolt Brands).
• Code Discount is valid on Reliance Retail Price (RRP) of the Select Products. Use Code during its validity and/or Redemption Period to get discount up to Rs 150 on RRP per Code.
• Customer has to apply correct Code at the time of purchasing any of the applicable Select Products to avail the discount /Offer. Present the Code before billing.
• Each Code is valid for a given period from the date of issue and can be redeemed during Redemption Period by My Jio App account holder customers. Example -Code issued in April ’23 can be redeemed from April 21, 2023 to June 1st ,2023.
• Multiple Codes can be accumulated for redemption, but Customer can redeem Only 1 code per invoice to avail discount.
• Only one Code per month can be accumulated for redemption. If the customer recharges multiple recharges in a month and gets Multiple coupon Codes then only One coupon Code out of the multiple coupon Codes generated/accumulated from the respective month can be used to avail the discount by redemption on a single invoice.
• Customer cannot use 2 or more than 2 codes on a Purchase of single articles (Example – Customer recharges 2 times in a month for Rs.239 recharge & gets 2 coupon codes, but he can use only 1 coupon code of Rs 150 discount on Purchase of Select Article and other coupon code he can use for purchase of another Offer article during scheme period).
• The Code can be used once per Customer in a month.
• No partial redemption of Code is allowed.
• Maximum discount under each Code is capped to Rs 150 on RRP of select models only. The balance amount, after availing the discount, will have to be paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
• In any case, whatsoever, the discount amount under a Code is neither en-cashable nor transferable.
• In case you return the purchased product or cancel the purchased transaction (in part or full) the entire discount amount availed through redemption of Code for the said transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other cashback or discount offers prevailing at the time of redemption at My Jio stores.
• Reliance shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
• Reliance reserves its right to change or withdraw the Offer, anytime at its sole discretion.
• The terms & conditions of this Offer are subject to change without any prior notice at sole discretion of Reliance.
• In no event the entire liability of Reliance under this Offer shall exceed the promotional discount amount of Rs 150 on RRP of select models of wearables against each Code.
• Prevailing terms and conditions, rules and regulations of My Jio stores shall apply
• Reliance shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages to a Customer arising out of or in connection with the Offer
• Participation and/or availing discount under the Offer is voluntary and by doing so Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and waive its right to claim any ambiguity.
• Decision of Reliance in respect of Offer shall be final and binding on the Customers and no correspondence by Participant/Customer shall be entertained in this regard.
• The laws prevailing in India shall be applicable. All disputes arising out of or in connection to this Offer are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.
