JioFi M2S Offer

Definitions

  • “Eligible Subscriber” shall mean the purchaser of the Product and performs Eligible Recharge.
  •  “Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Eligible Subscriber under the Offer as shown herein-below.
  • “Offer” shall mean a limited period offer called “JioFi M2S Device Offer”.
  • “Offer Period” shall mean the Offer starting on and from July 29, 2022
  • “Product” shall mean a JioFi M2S Device.
  • “Eligible Device” shall mean JioFi M2S device purchased during offer period.
  • “Eligible Recharge” shall mean recharge with validity 28 days or more.
  • “Recharge Cycles” shall mean validity period of recharge as per the tariff plan.
  • “RRL” shall mean Reliance Retail Limited and its Affiliates.
  • “RJIL or Jio” shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
  • “T&C” shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.

Benefits of the Offer (“Offer Benefits”)

An Eligible Customer, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs an Eligible recharge on the Eligible Device, shall be entitled to 12 GB Data Voucher(s) per recharge as shown below, subject to a maximum thirteen (13) such voucher.

  • An Eligible Subscriber, who performs a Recharge of Validity 28 Days/30 Days shall be entitled to 1 Voucher of 12 GB.
  • An Eligible Subscriber, who performs a Recharge of Validity 56 Days/60 Days shall be entitled to 2 Vouchers of 12 GB.
  • An Eligible Subscriber, who performs a Recharge of Validity 86 Days/90 Days shall be entitled to 3 Vouchers of 12 GB.
  • An Eligible Subscriber, who performs a Recharge of with Validity 336 Days shall be entitled to 12 Vouchers of 12 GB.
  • An Eligible Subscriber, who performs a Recharge of with Validity 365 Days shall be entitled to 13 Vouchers of 12 GB.
  • Any Additional Data Voucher is redeemed during a Recharge Cycle period, the benefits attached to such Additional Data Voucher shall be limited to that Recharge Cycle period only and any such benefits that remain unutilized at end of that Recharge Cycle period, will expire and be forfeited.
  • Such Additional Data Vouchers that are not redeemed, shall expire and be forfeited on completion of 365 days of availing the offer on the Eligible Device.

Terms and Conditions of the Offer ("T&C")

  • The Offer shall be open to all Customers on and from 29th July 2022.
  • These T&C shall be read concomitantly with the terms and conditions of the Jio Prime membership plan and the CAF.
  • This Offer is applicable only on New Product and New Jio SIM.
  • The Offer is applicable under pre-paid plans.
  • The Product purchased by Customer pursuant to this Offer is not returnable under any circumstances, subject to the warranty terms applicable for the Product.
  • This offer can't be clubbed with any other offer. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature.
  • All standard terms & conditions of www.jio.com apply to this Offer over and above the terms and condition of this Offer.
  • RRL reserves the right to cancel/withdraw or modify this Offer at any time, without any prior intimation to the Customer. However, the Offer Benefits accrued to the Customer on or prior to the cancellation/withdrawal or modification of this Offer, shall not undergo any change.
  • In no event shall RRL or its directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the Offer.
  • The Offer Benefits are non-transferable.
  • This Offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Department of Telecommunications (DOT) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
  • The Customer hereby authorizes RJIL to collect his/her personal information including name, address and mobile number, proof of identity, proof of Address etc. and share with its partners so as to enable the Customer to avail the Offer. The Customer’s personal information will be stored and processed in accordance with RJIL’s Privacy Policy which is available at www.jio.com.
  • To get a new JIO SIM, kindly visit nearest Jio Store, Reliance Digital or Jio retailer. To locate nearest Jio Store, visit https://www.jio.com/Jio/portal/storeLocator.

  • The announcement of this Offer does not assure the availability of the Products or Jio SIM and RRL, in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the Products (conversion and swipe of the Offer is not allowed).
  • Products purchased under the said Offer will be governed by the Limited Warranty conditions provided with the Product.
  • If the Customer violates any of the applicable laws, TRAI regulations or guidelines, undertakes any abuse, illegal or unethical use of Jio services, it will entitle RJIL to immediately suspend the services.
  • If the Customer ports the Jio SIM number, then this Offer shall automatically stand terminated for the balance period.
  • Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
  • Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by RRL to conduct further, similar or other Offers.
  • Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai only.
  • The Customer agrees that he/she has read, understood and voluntarily agrees to the T&C mentioned and stated herein.
