JioFi 2021 Offer T&Cs

Definitions

• “Customer” shall mean the purchaser of the Product and who participates or avails the present Offer.
• “Entitlement Period” shall mean the period starting from date of activation of SIM in the Product till the completion of the number of opted Recharge Cycles.
• “Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Customer under the Offer as shown herein-below.
• “Offer” shall mean a limited period offer called “JioFi 2021 Offer”.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the Offer starting on and from December 13, 2021
• “Product” shall mean a JioFi Device.
• “Recharge Cycles” shall mean validity period of recharge as per the tariff plan.
• “RRL” shall mean Reliance Retail Limited and its Affiliates.
• “RJIL or Jio” shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
• “T&C” shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.

The Offer and the benefits thereunder shall be made available by RRL to the Customer.

Benefits of the Offer (“Offer Benefits”)

• To avail the Offer, the Customer needs to purchase a Product of RRL. RRL through RJIL, shall make available benefits as stated in this section subject to Customer following below given steps:
  1. ustomer need to subscribe to Jio services by obtaining a new connection
  2. Customer to get Jio SIM activated as per his choice, opting STV 239, 299 or 419 as first recharge. The customer will be provided complimentary subscription to Jio Prime membership with following benefits, as per the opted STV:
     •   Option No 1 – FRC 239: UNLIMITED Voice CALLS + 1.5GB/Day data + 100 SMS/Day for 28 days. On performing this FRC the customer will get complimentary UNLIMITED Voice CALLS + 1.5GB/Day data + 100 SMS/Day for 112 days.
     •   Option No 2 – FRC 299: UNLIMITED Voice CALLS + 2GB/Day data + 100 SMS/Day for 28 days. On performing this FRC the customer will get complimentary UNLIMITED Voice CALLS + 2 GB/Day data + 100 SMS/Day for 84 days.
     •   Option No 3 – FRC 419: UNLIMITED Voice CALLS + 3GB/Day data + 100 SMS/Day for 28 days. On performing this FRC the customer will get complimentary UNLIMITED Voice CALLS + 3 GB/Day data + 100 SMS/Day for 56 days.
  3. Customer is required to insert the newly activated SIM inside the newly purchased Product to start enjoying the Offer Benefits.
• The Customer will get the Offer Benefits as per option selected by the Customer amongst Option 1, 2 & 3.

Terms and Conditions of the Offer ("T&C")

• The Offer shall be open to all Customers on and from 13th December 2021.
• These T&C shall be read concomitantly with the terms and conditions of the Jio Prime membership plan and the CAF.
• This Offer is applicable only on New Product and New Jio SIM.
• The Offer is applicable under pre-paid plans.
• The Product purchased by Customer pursuant to this Offer is not returnable under any circumstances, subject to the warranty terms applicable for the Product.
• This offer can't be clubbed with any other offer. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature.
• All standard terms & conditions of www.jio.com apply to this Offer over and above the terms and condition of this Offer.
• RRL reserves the right to cancel/withdraw or modify this Offer at any time, without any prior intimation to the Customer. However, the Offer Benefits accrued to the Customer on or prior to the cancellation/withdrawal or modification of this Offer, shall not undergo any change.
• In no event shall RRL or its directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the Offer.
• The Offer Benefits are non-transferable.
• This Offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Department of Telecommunications (DOT) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
• The Customer hereby authorizes RJIL to collect his/her personal information including name, address and mobile number, proof of identity, proof of Address etc. and share with its partners so as to enable the Customer to avail the Offer. The Customer’s personal information will be stored and processed in accordance with RJIL’s Privacy Policy which is available at www.jio.com.
• To get a new JIO SIM, kindly visit nearest Jio Store, Reliance Digital or Jio retailer. To locate nearest Jio Store, visit https://www.jio.com/Jio/portal/storeLocator.

• The announcement of this Offer does not assure the availability of the Products or Jio SIM and RRL, in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the Products (conversion and swipe of the Offer is not allowed).
• Products purchased under the said Offer will be governed by the Limited Warranty conditions provided with the Product.
• If the Customer violates any of the applicable laws, TRAI regulations or guidelines, undertakes any abuse, illegal or unethical use of Jio services, it will entitle RJIL to immediately suspend the services.
• If the Customer ports the Jio SIM number, then this Offer shall automatically stand terminated for the balance period.
• Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
• Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by RRL to conduct further, similar or other Offers.
• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai only.
• The Customer agrees that he/she has read, understood and voluntarily agrees to the T&C mentioned and stated herein.
