Preliminary

• This Jio YouTube Digital Udaan Promotional campaign (“Promotional Campaign”) is provided by Reliance Retail Limited at the respective Reliance Retail stores.
• By participating in this Promotional Campaign, Participant,
  • Confirms their age is 18 years or more;
  • Agrees to bound by these General terms and conditions (“T&C”);
  • Agrees that non-compliance of the T&C or age shall disqualify them from the Promotional Campaign.

General Terms and Conditions

• This promotional campaign is only applicable for Jio prepaid Subscribers (“Customers / Participants”).
• Eligibility - Jio Users who have Jiophone and done Jio SIM activation in selected location will only be eligible to participate in the Promotional Campaign and for the scratch card.
• Non Jio users shall get a new Jio prepaid sim and activate it to be eligible for the Promotional Campaign.
• The Promotional Campaign shall be applicable in selected cities, subject to change, from time to time.
• The Promotional Campaign shall be from 1/02/2020 & ends on 31/03/2020 (“Promotional Campaign Period”).
• The Promotional Campaign shall be conducted only on Saturdays.
• This Gift cannot be transferred or exchanged in lieu of cash and can be availed only by a Jio prepaid number that is used to avail and participate in this Promotional Campaign.
• The Customers shall be provided with a Scratch card to scratch the card and present to the store manager immediately on that respective Saturday during the campaign event for claiming the gift. They shall deposit the scratch card into the lucky draw box placed in the store to be eligible for the additional gift. One scratch card will be drawn and that will be eligible for the additional gift.
• The winner of the scratch guard shall be randomly selected from the lucky draw box who will be eligible for Gifts and shall be intimated through the Jio prepaid number that is used to participate in this Promotional Campaign.
• A scratch card can be used only once for claiming the gift or to be part of the Saturday event and taking part in the lucky draw.
• The Gift shall be subject to availability at the Reliance Retail Store.
• The nature of Gift and Saturday events are subject to change at the sole discretion of Reliance Retail.
• The Customer is not eligible for Gift merely on purchase of Jio Phone and upon receipt of Scratch guard.
• Participants are not bound in any way to participate in the Promotional Campaign. Any participation is voluntary and the gifts are being made purely on best effort basis.
• Reliance Retail reserves the right to determine the winners of the gift and the decision of the Reliance Retail shall be final and binding.
• This Promotional Campaign shall not be applicable to Reliance Retail and YouTube employees.
• For any grievances in relation to this Promotional Campaign, please contact the respective Reliance Retail store that runs the Promotional Campaign immediately however not later than 7 days post that Reliance Retail will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Promotional Campaign.
• This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under the T&C.
• This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
