I have purchased an eligible JioPostPaid Plus plan. However I am still not able to access Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription

Ensure that you have an updated version of Disney+ Hotstar app and have signed-in using the same JioPostPaid Plus mobile number through which you signed up for Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription. In case issue still persist, you can reach out to us at care@jio.com or help.hotstar.com
