Definitions

“Cashback ” shall mean Rs. 250/-, which shall be credited in the form of 5 cashback vouchers of Rs 50/- each in the My Jio App of the Eligible Subscriber upon enrolment of the offer via MY Jio App on or after 17th February, 2019.
“Additional Data” shall mean additional 4G data of 5GB every month offered to the Eligible Subscriber.
“Ajio Coupons” shall mean e-coupon code generated for an Eligible Subscriber, which shall be credited in the MyJio App of the Eligible Subscriber.
“Eligible Subscriber” shall mean a person who (i) (a) is an employee of Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. (“Genpact Employee”); or (b) is a Recipient (hereinafter defined) referred by a Genpact Employee ; (ii) is an active subscriber of RJIO postpaid services ; (iii) is enrolled to the “Jio Prime” membership plan; and (iv) is subscribed to Rs. 199/- RJIO postpaid plan.
“MSISDN” means mobile station international subscriber directory number and for the purposes of this Offer, shall mean the mobile number assigned to the Eligible Subscriber for availing RJIO Postpaid services.
“Offer Period” shall mean the period on and from 17^th February 2019.
“Additional Data Entitlement Period” shall mean the period from 17^th February, 2019 till 20^th February, 2020.
“Offer” shall mean this (i) Cashback offer made available by RRL; (ii) Additional Data offer made available by RJIO; and iii) Ajio Coupons made available by RRL.
“Recipient (s)” shall mean a maximum of five (5) individuals referred per Genpact Employee and identified by the Company as such referral through verification of an OTP sent on official email id of such Genpact Employee.
The Offer is applicable for postpaid customers of RJIO only.
“Recharge” shall mean a recharge performed of Rs.198/- or Rs.299/- prepaid plan offered by RJIO.
“Recharge Cycle” shall mean validity period of 28 consecutive calendar days, starting from the date of activation of RJIO SIM, and subsequent periods of 28 consecutive calendar days each.
“RJIO” shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
“RRL” shall mean Reliance Retail Limited.
“T&C” shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.

The Offer and the benefits hereunder shall be made available by RRL/RJIO to an Eligible Subscriber.

Benefits of the Offer (“Offer Benefits”)

An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, enrol for the offer on or after 17th February, 2019, shall be entitled to following benefits:

Cashback:

Cashback received by the Eligible Subscriber shall be redeemed in the following manner:

Each voucher of Rs. 50/- provided under the Cashback, can be redeemed by the Eligible Subscriber, upon a Recharge in MyJio App only (“Eligible Recharge”).
Only one Cashback voucher of Rs.50/- can be redeemed per Eligible Recharge.
A maximum of 5 Cashback vouchers of Rs 50/- each, can be so redeemed by the Eligible Subscriber.

Additional Data:

An Eligible Subscriber subscribed to post-paid plan of Rs.199 shall be entitled to an additional 5 GB/month 4G data (“5 GB Additional Data Voucher”) per month.

The applicable Additional Data voucher would be credited to the account of Eligible Subscriber on date of enrolment and every month thereafter.
Where any applicable Additional Data Voucher is redeemed during a Recharge Cycle period, the benefits attached to such voucher shall be limited to that Recharge Cycle period and any such benefits that remain unutilized at end of that Recharge Cycle period, will expire and be forfeited. Such Additional Data Vouchers that are not redeemed within 90 days from date of credit shall expire and be forfeited.

AJIO Coupons:

An Eligible Subscriber shall be entitled to Ajio Coupons.
The Ajio Coupons shall be credited in the MyJio app of the Eligible Subscriber within 72 hours to the Eligible Subscriber.
Ajio Coupons can be accessed under Coupons in MyJio App.
Ajio Coupons can be redeemed by the Eligible subscriber subject to terms and conditions mentioned in Annexure A.
Save and except enabling the availability of the Ajio Coupons on the MyJio application of the Eligible Subscriber, RJIO/RRL shall not be in any manner responsible for or liable to the Eligible Subscriber for matters relating to or in connection with the Ajio Coupons including but not limited to its redemption, benefits, transactions, use, suitability, eligibility, functionality, applicability, validity, etc.

An Eligible Subscriber shall be credited with Offer Benefits upon inserting the official email id of the Genpact Employee in MyJio App and successfully verifying a valid OTP received on such official email id of the Genpact Employee.

Terms and Conditions of the Offer ("T&C"):

The Offer shall be open to all Eligible Subscribers on and from 17th February, 2019 till 15^th May, 2019
These T&C shall be read concomitantly with the terms & conditions of Jio Prime Membership and CAF.
Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature.
RRL/RJIO recognizes that the choice to be contacted for promotional messages and alerts is that of the Eligible Subscriber. RRL/RJIO intends to keep the Eligible Subscriber informed on matters relating to the Offer and any upcoming offers from RRL/RJIO for the benefit of the Eligible Subscriber. Accordingly, by availing the Offer, the Eligible Subscriber hereby consents to be contacted by RRL/RJIO and such consent shall remain unaffected by Eligible Subscriber’s registration in the National Do Not Call (“NDNC”) registry under the relevant category stipulated therefor.
RRL/RJIO reserves the right to cancel/withdraw this Offer at any time, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. However, the benefits accrued to the Eligible Subscriber on or prior to the cancellation/withdrawal of this Offer, shall not undergo any change.
RRL/RJIO, may, at its discretion, modify any of the terms and/or conditions and/or any aspect of the Offer, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. The modifications so carried out will be posted on www.jio.com.
If any term/ condition under the T&C of the Offer is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such term/ condition shall be severed from the other terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions of the Offer.
In no event shall RRL/RJIO (including each of its affiliates, group companies or parent company) or its directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives thereof be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the Offer.
The Offer Benefits are non-transferable.
The Offer can be availed only once per MSISDN & IMEI.
This Offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Department of Telecommunications (DOT) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
Eligible Subscriber hereby authorizes RRL/RJIO to collect his/her personal information including name, address and mobile number and share with its partners so as to enable the Eligible Subscriber to avail the Offer. The Eligible Subscriber’s personal information will be stored and processed in accordance with RJIO Privacy Policy and RRL Privacy Policy which are available at https://www.jio.com/en-in/privacy-policy and https://relianceretail.com/privacy-policy.html, respectively.

Ajio Terms and Conditions

Ajio Coupon Offer

AJIO – Offer: 399 off on a minimum purchase of Rs.1000.

The AJIO 399 Coupon Offer is a promotional offer made by AJIO in partnership with Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (“RJIL”) for the sale of select products on its website, and mobile and tablet applications (“AJIO Platforms”).
The AJIO 399 Coupon Offer is valid on apparels and accessories only (“Selected Products”), and is not valid on tech products and products in the innerwear category.
The AJIO 399 Coupon Offer will commence on 17^th February, 2019 and will continue until 15th March, 2019 or such other date as may be decided by AJIO.
All MyJio users who get the offer communication from RJIL during the Term of the AJIO 399 Coupon Offer will be sent a coupon (“AJIO 399 Coupon”), which may be used to avail a discount of up to INR 399 on the purchase of Selected Products worth a minimum cart value of INR 1000 (for a single transaction) from the AJIO Platforms.
The AJIO 399 Coupon Offer is also valid on discounted products, as specified on the AJIO Platforms.
Each AJIO 399 Coupon may be availed only once, and is valid for a single transaction.
The AJIO 399Coupon Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions offered by AJIO.
If any Selected Products purchased under the AJIO 399 Coupon Offer are returned or cancelled by Users, the discount will be proportionately rolled back by AJIO. All returns and cancellations are also subject to AJIO’s Returns and Refunds Policy, which is available on the AJIO Platforms.
