What is call forwarding service?
Call forwarding enables you to forward an incoming call to any other mobile number. This way you can have your calls attended to when you are unable to do so. The call can be forwarded to an alternate number of the called party (landline/ mobile) in the following scenarios:
1. Call forwarding Unconditional - Whenever the user receives an incoming call
2. Call Conditional call forwarding - When the user does not answer
3. Call Conditional call forwarding - When user is not reachable
4. Call Conditional call forwarding - When user is busy
