I am unable to send SMS from my Jio number to international numbers. What do I do?
You can try below mentioned troubleshooting steps:
- Please ensure your number is active with a plan along with monetary top up balance. To load monetary balance, you can either recharge with a Top Up voucher or if your usage is high, you can recharge with an ISD pack. You can use this pack to make ISD calls as per applicable tariffs & send ISD SMS.
- While sending Text messages to international numbers, ensure to use the correct format. You should start with the country code, followed by the phone number.
Example: UAE country code is 971 (dialing pattern +971XXXXXXXX) - You will not be able to send multimedia messages to international numbers.
