How can I switch to a video call while I am making a voice call?
You can switch back and forth between high quality voice and high resolution video call modes in an on-going call. The call can be upgraded to a video call only after taking the consent of the other party on the call. Moving to a voice call does not require the permission of the other party. You can upgrade an HD voice call to a video call by tapping the Switch icon on the In-call screen. Video call will be established only after the called party accepts the video call request. On some handsets, the upgrade option is available under 'Modify Call' setting. Click on Modify call and select Video call to upgrade.
