How do I convert the current Jio Prepaid to Jio Postpaid connection?
To migrate your prepaid number to the new JioPlus Postpaid, follow the below simple steps:
- Open the MyJio app and click on the Prepaid to Postpaid migration banner
- Verify details and enter the OTP received
- Select a JioPlus Postpaid plan from the available options and proceed
