Will the delivery be re-attempted if I’m not able to collect my order the first time?

Device HOME Delivery: Yes, for orders that could not be delivered on the due date, delivery will be automatically rescheduled on the next working day.
Device+SIM Home Delivery: In case you are not available at your premises at the selected delivery slot, you can contact the delivery person and reschedule the delivery through the link that the delivery person will send you via SMS. Deliveries can be re-scheduled only once.
