Will I receive a call before Jio attempts to deliver the package to my place?

Device Home Delivery: Yes. As a practice, our delivery staff contacts the customer and requests for a convenient date & time for delivery. In case you prefer any specific time, please communicate the same to our staff directly.
Device+SIM Home Delivery: Delivery person shall call you 40-60 minutes before the scheduled delivery time.
