What should I do if I get something else instead of what I had ordered?

Device Home Delivery: We take great care to deliver exactly what you ordered. However, in case you receive an erroneous package, please raise a complaint with us within 24 hours of accepting the package. You can call us on our toll free E-commerce helpline number 1800 893 3399.
Device+SIM Home Delivery: In case you have received an erroneous package, please visit the Reliance Digital store, details of which is mentioned on the invoice that you received at the time of delivery.
