My order is delayed. What should I do?

Device Home Delivery: While in-time delivery is of highest priority to us, sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances, there might be a delivery delay. If we foresee any delay in your delivery, we will keep you informed about the same pro-actively over email & SMS.
You can track the status of your order on the Jio website using the ‘Track order’ link- enter your Order ID to track the package.
Device+SIM Home Delivery: If your express order does not arrive within the selected slot, you can contact the Delivery person directly, details of whom will be sent to you on SMS prior to delivery.
