Can I change the delivery date or time for my order?

Device Home Delivery: As a practice, our delivery staff contacts the customer and requests for a convenient date & time for delivery. In case you prefer any specific time, please communicate the same to our staff directly. You can also call our toll free E-commerce helpline number 1800 893 3399 & register a convenient time for the delivery.
Please note that all deliveries would be scheduled within our standard delivery timelines - 10 am to 5pm (Monday through Saturday). No deliveries can be made on National and Public holidays.
Device+SIM Home Delivery: In case you are not available at your premises at the selected delivery slot, you can contact the delivery person and reschedule the delivery through the link that the delivery person will send you via SMS. Deliveries can be re-scheduled only once.
