How do I cancel an order?

  • Device Home Delivery: You can cancel your order at any point before the order is invoiced from our warehouse. To cancel your order, you can call us on our toll free E-commerce helpline number 1800 893 3399.
    Once your order has been cancelled successfully, we will initiate refund to your payment source in line with our Return Policy.
    Note: In case order has been placed for a product under Flash sales, Cancellation of order will not be allowed. For more details please refer to our Cancellation policy.

  • Device+SIM Home Delivery: You will receive an SMS 40-60 minutes prior to the scheduled time of your delivery carrying the delivery person details. You may inform the delivery person and cancel the order before delivery.
