Since Jio was providing Rs 199 Netflix subscription as part of the Jio Post-paid Plus Plan , then with the changes in entitlements of 199, will I start getting Netflix Basic Plan wherein I can view the content on my TV / Laptop?

Your plan entitlement remains unchanged (Netflix Mobile subscription, Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription and 1 year Amazon Prime Membership (only applicable for the initial 1st Year)). However, you can upgrade to a Netflix plan of your choice by just paying the differential amount.
