Customer has activated JioPostpaid Plus plan with Netflix, but the banner for activation is not getting displayed on MyJio app, what should the customer do?
Please check whether customer has latest version of MyJio App, if not, update the App. If the customer has the latest App & still banner is not visible customer should contact Jio Contact Center.
