How can I make a video call using my JioPhone 2?
You can make a video call using a pre-installed app called JioVideoCall. But from JioVideoCall you can make a call to JioVideoCall only. This means it can help you connect with only other JioPhone 2 users.
However, to make a video call to other smartphone users, you can make a video call from JioVideoCall to JioChat, provided JioChat is installed on their smartphones.
JioPhone to JioChat video call is supported by Andriod as well as Apple.
Do make sure you have saved the contact number of the people in your JioPhone Phonebook with whom you want to connect through a video call.
For initiating a video call, open the JioVideoCall app. There you’ll see two tabs - ‘recent’ and ‘contacts’. Using the navigation keys, choose the contact of a person you want to connect with and initiate the video call using the centre button.
