What to do when Amazon Prime Video app is displaying HDMI error while playing any content or HDMI resolution is falling down?

If Amazon Prime Video app is displaying HDMI error or resolution is falling it might be due to dust settling in your HDMI port. Please follow the below steps to clean HDMI port:
  • Unplug HDMI cable from the TV HDMI port
  • Now take a small brush and clean TV HDMI port
  • Reconnect HDMI cable to TV HDMI port (Try with different TV HDMI ports)
