I am unable to see my Bluetooth Device on search list, what should I do?

  • Ensure that the Bluetooth device is in range of your Jio Set-Top Box
  • Check if Bluetooth device has battery and is powered ON
  • If you are unable to connect a Bluetooth device, unpair it following above steps and then try to pair it again.
  • Some Bluetooth devices are not designed for TV and so may not be compatible (For more information refer to the Bluetooth Device Manual)
