What is the process to migrate from JioFiber Prepaid to JioFiber Postpaid?
JioFiber Prepaid to Postpaid migration is a simple and seamless process. Below are the steps to be followed for migration from prepaid to postpaid
- Log in to your JioFiber-MyJio account
- Select the Prepaid to Postpaid migration banner and get started
- Enter the OTP received on your Registered Mobile Number for verification
- Choose the plan from available options (1/3/6/12 months)
- Make payment
With that, the migration request will be processed and you will be informed through SMS/Email on your Registered Mobile Number/Email ID respectively. Your new plan will be applicable within 30 minutes. Your remaining prepaid entitlement shall be credited to the postpaid account
