What happens to the unused balance & validity of my JioFiber prepaid plan when I migrate to postpaid?
The unused plan entitlements and OTT subscriptions (except Amazon Prime) will get ceased at the time of migration. A 1-year complimentary Amazon Prime subscription will continue to work if you choose a plan having Amazon Prime benefits. Jio will credit a payment equivalent to the remaining balance and validity of the prepaid plan and it will be adjusted in the postpaid bill.
