Can I activate the Call Forwarding facility on my JioFiberVoice number?
Yes, you can activate Call Forwarding on your JioFiberVoice number to receive calls on your landline device and configured smartphones/Jio Set-top Boxes using the following methods:
 
Unconditional Call Forwarding: ‘Call Forwarding’ on every incoming call on your JioFiberVoice number. This can be activated by dialling *401*.

The same could be deactivated by dialling *402
 
Call Forwarding on No Reply: ‘Call forwarding’ in case an incoming call on your JioFiberVoice number is not picked up from any of the connected extensions. Set ‘CFNR’ by dialling *403*.
 
The same could be deactivated using *404
 
Call Forwarding on Number Busy: ‘Call Forwarding’ in case an incoming call comes and your JioFiberVoice number is already busy on another call. set ‘CFB’ by dialling *405*.
 
The same could be deactivated by dialling *406
 
Call Forwarding on Number Not Reachable: ‘Call forwarding’ in case of JioFiberVoice number is not reachable or out of coverage. set ‘CFNRc’ by dialling *409*
 
The same could be deactivated by dialling *410.

In case multiple call forwarding settings are done, all can be deactivated at the same time by dialling *413.
