I am not able to see the JioFiber broadband only plans while opting for a plan change. How do I see them?

You are currently active on a JioFiber plan which comes along an STB device with complementary OTT subscriptions. In case you want only Broadband plans, you will have to surrender Jio STB by calling Jio customer service.
