I have recharged with an eligible JioFiber plan but the banner for activation of Amazon Prime is not getting displayed on the MyJio app, what should I do?
Please check whether you have the latest version of the MyJio app. If not, update the app. If you have the latest app and the banner is still not visible, reach out to Jio Customer Support at 1800-896-9999.
