I am registered on the network but I am unable to see VoLTE symbol in my device?
There are no additional charges for using VoLTE services in International Roaming. Tariff will be same, irrespective of VoLTE or 2G/3G network mode selection.
- Ensure you are registered on the applicable partner network
- Make sure that VoLTE feature is enabled on your device
