How to update my alternate contact number?
You can change or update your alternate mobile number by following the steps below:
Using the MyJio app:
Using Jio.com:
Using the MyJio app:
- Log in to the MyJio app
- Go to ‘Menu’ and select the 'Profile & settings' option
- Tap on 'Profile' and select 'Alternate contact home' to update your alternate number.
Using Jio.com:
- Log in with OTP
- Click on the top right corner on the name
- Select ‘Profile Settings’ and update the ‘Alternate contact' details by clicking on the edit pencil icon.
