How do I check my plan details?
You can check your plan details using both the MyJio app and Jio.com. Given below are the steps:

- Log in to the MyJio app
- On the homepage, tap on ‘View Details’.
- You can also view plan details from the Mobile or Fiber icons on the homepage
- If you are a Prepaid customer, you can view your active plans with your balance details and validity as well as your upcoming plan details. If you are a Postpaid customer, you can view details of your plan and bill cycle.
- Log in with OTP
- Click on 'My Plans'
- If you are a Prepaid customer, you can view your active plans with your balance details and validity as well as your Queued Plans details. If you are a Postpaid customer, you can view details of your current plan.
