How do I set data usage alerts?
You can set your customized data usage alert using both the MyJio app and Jio.com apart from auto-triggered alert messages at 50%, 90% and 100% of usage. Given below are the steps:

- Sign in to the MyJio app
- Tap on ‘Check usage’ from the homepage and tap on the settings icon
- Select the usage threshold limit percentage, when you want to get an alert
- You can also define a threshold amount limit by entering the value from the available monetary balance to get an alert
- Tap on 'Submit' to get alert notifications on reaching the defined threshold limit on your RMN and Registered Email Id. You can view and modify these limits anytime.

- Click on 'Settings Icon' and select ‘Usage Alerts’
- Enter the usage threshold limit percentage, when you want to get an alert
- You can also define a threshold amount limit by entering the value from the available monetary balance to get an alert
Click on submit to get alert notifications on reaching the defined threshold limit on your RMN and Registered Email Id. You can view and modify these limits anytime.
