How can I track the status of my Service Request?
The MyJio app and Jio.com give you handy ways to track the status of a Service Request you have raised. Given below are the steps:

- Log in to the MyJio app
- Tap on 'Menu' and select 'Jio Care: Help & support' or tap on ‘JioCare’ from the footer/bottom navigation bar.
- Tap on Track Service Request, the list of all your Service Requests and their status will be available
- Log in with OTP
- Select the 'Service Request' option from the profile dropdown
- The list of all your Service Requests and their status will be available
