Whenever I try to place a voice/video call through the app, it says "Please use your phone dialer to make calls as this is a VoLTE phone". What does that mean?
This happens when your device's firmware has been upgraded to support VoLTE. You can check if your device supports VoLTE here You can continue to use JioCall for RCS feature such as: Chat, Group Chat, Location and In-call Share. If you would still like to use JioCall to make Voice and Video calls, you will have to downgrade the firmware version for your device.
