JioCall FAQ

I use JioCall app for primary calling. The app status is shown as "offline" or "connecting" even though my data connectivity is turned on. What does that mean?
For devices using Android M or higher version, please ensure that you have selected to whitelist JioCall app during initial configuration process to allow it to run in the background.
If the issue persists, try changing your battery mode (Settings -> Battery / Power settings) to disable Power saving mode to normal or manually add JioCall (Settings -> Battery / Power -> Manage apps battery usage) as exception to enable network access for the app when device goes asleep.
