Customer has upgraded to an eligible JioPostpaid Plus plan but is still not able to watch Prime Video?
Customer needs to activate Amazon Prime through MyJio app to get one year of Amazon Prime at no extra cost. Also, please note that eligible JioPostpaid Plus plan need to be active plan and only after that customer will be able to activate Amazon Prime through MyJio App.
