I have activated JioPostpaid Plus plan with Amazon Prime, but the banner for activation is not getting displayed on MyJio app, what should I do?
Please check whether you have latest version of MyJio App, if not, update the App. If you have the latest App & banner is still not visible, you should reach out to Jio customer support at care@jio.com
